Who We Are

Lake Conroe Environmental Consultants, Inc. (LCE) is a full service environmental company that has served the public since June 1, 1994. Our client base includes corporate, private, and financial institutions. We excel in the delineation and characterization of both soil and groundwater impacts for sites that require corrective action by state and federal governmental agencies (e.g., TCEQ and EPA). Such sites include contamination associated with various refined products, such as gasoline, diesel, solvents, metals, waste oil, crude oil, etc. Specific tasks include:
Machine Drilling

LCE maintains the Texas Corrective Action Specialist license (CAS 00798) and Professional Geoscientists license (6073) that are required to conduct corrective action on TCEQ-regulated sites. We also have many professionals on staff, including a state-registered and licensed water well driller, a corrective action project manager (CAPM #215), and science professionals with degrees in various environmental fields to meet your needs through the next millennium.

LCE also provides important environmental products, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Phase II Subsurface Investigations for commercial, industrial, and residential properties—most of which were regulated by federal and state authorities, such as the Texas Commission Environmental Quality (TCEQ), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Rail Road Commission (RRC) site work.

Sampling procedures for fungi (mold) and bacteria include bulk (construction materials), air (Anderson N-6/viables and Air-O-Cell/non-viables), and surface sampling (wipe, swab, and tape lifts) for laboratory analysis.

LCE also conducts full-scale soil and groundwater remediation injunction with project management and regulatory oversight on brownfields and petroleum storage tank (PST) facilities throughout the United States.
